LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
Warranty Period commences on the date of the original purchase or delivery of the product and is valid for the following term -
Products and Accessories – 12 months for consumers “Consumer” means any natural person who purchase a product for Private use and ownership.
Products and Accessories – 6 months for Professionals and Semi-Professionals. For the purpose of this Limited Warranty “professionals” mean non-consumers.
Batteries- Starter Batteries- 6 months
Spare Parts- 3 months when purchased separately from product or for the remainder of the warranty period if fitted free of charge to a product
under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Limitations and Exclusions- This Limited Warranty will not cover consumables which become worn through normal use. Including but not limited to spark plugs, bulbs, filters, lubricants, brake bands, brake elements, absorbers, membranes, belts, blades, blade adaptors, chains, rails, trimmer heads, knives, recoil springs, clutch, clutch drum sprocket, starter ropes, cables and tines, wear protection, tires, bearing and shaft seals.
Defects or damages to a product on which its model and serial number has been replaced or is illegible.
Ordinary care and maintenance work listed in the Operating Manual.
Travel or transport expenses in order to bring the product to a Dealer.
The product not being used for its original purpose or not being assembled, used, serviced, transported or stored in accordance with the instructions in the Operators Manual.
Negligent care resulting in entry of water or intense moisture.
Usage of other than genuine Husqvarna spare parts, accessories or components according to Operator Manual, or unsuitable or inferior fuel, oil, abrasives or lubricants.
